For the average runner heelless running (running without a heel strike) takes a bit of getting used to. Simple running exercises will help you get the feel of bouncing and will prepare you to run with a bounce, not with the bang that results from heel strike.
These exercises help you to run like an athlete, to run heelless. Don't let your heels touch the floor.
|1. Standing up straight and tall. Move your heels up and down.||2. Jumping on the balls of the feet with a range of variations. e.g. dance to music|
